Questions to Consider:

  • Is your target audience, people with anxiety, depression, or ADHD? Or are you extending the audience to the general public who are using telecommunications in COVID-19?

  • Do you think you can find people who have suffered memory loss from these mental disorders?

  • Were you thinking about assisting people who already had memory loss or preventing memory loss?

  • How might you create future memories?

Define your target audience with these questions in mind. Craft interview questions to understand what telecommunication is offering to their current lives.

Ask survey questions like:

  • “Think about a great memory you had outdoors, what's the best way to recollect your memory?"
